The Star Health Board invites Star Health Members to a Special General Meeting on Wednesday 8 May 2019 at 1pm at 341 Coventry St, South Melbourne. A light lunch will be served from 12.30pm.

The reason for this Special General Meeting is for Members to consider and decide proposed changes to the Star Health Constitution. Members have been sent a pack of information about the Special General Meeting, including a briefing paper summarising the main proposed change to the Constitution, and the proposed revised Constitution. These two documents are also attached for information.
